How a Global iGaming Operator Used Our Time & Materials Model for Precision UK Hiring

Following the success of a recent multi-hire project in Finance hiring in Gibraltar, an international iGaming business continued to partner with Bullfinch, this time on a UK-based specialist hiring project. After successfully completing a global hiring programme with Bullfinch, the client extended our support into the UK to deliver three critical roles spanning Marketing, HR and Finance.

Across September to November, Bullfinch supported the project entirely through our Time & Materials model.

Every hour of recruiter time was tracked and aligned directly to delivery activity and outputs. In total, the client effectively secured:

  • The equivalent of 27.8 recruiter days of dedicated hiring capacity
  • Equating to just under 195 hours of active recruiter delivery time

That short-term additional recruiter capacity resulted in:

  • Three permanent specialist hires
